Are you interested in improving decision-making in your company or organization? Members of my new LinkedIn group, Decision-Making in Business, will read about decision-making and discuss ways to improve decision-making in their organizations. Star DS is a consultancy and research center. I created Star DS to study and improve product development, project management and project portfolio management (PPM). Currently, I am developing methods for analyzing PPM results. This approach provides:

feedback for improving each step of PPM
feedback for improving the business processes that affect PPM
new metrics that that help you allocate resources, select projects, improve your proposal processes, manage your pipeline and improve your strategic and financial goals

About Me

I am Gary J. Summers, and thank you for visiting my website. I received my Ph.D. in industrial engineering and management science from Northwestern University.
