Star DS is a consultancy and research center. I created Star DS to study and improve product development, project management and project portfolio management (PPM). Currently, I am developing methods for analyzing PPM results. This approach provides:
- feedback for improving each step of PPM
- feedback for improving the business processes that affect PPM
- new metrics that that help you allocate resources, select projects, improve your proposal processes manage your pipeline and improve your strategic and financial goals

I am Gary J. Summers, and thank you for visiting my website. I received my Ph.D. in industrial engineering and management science from Northwestern University.
